Along with up to 75 World Cat owners, family and friends to share A Better Way to Boat with fellow “catters”, enjoy a private beach oasis for raft-up fun, food and sun. Wanna explore more with other World Cat owners?

Join the annual Cat’n Around Bimini event withother boats from Florida along with North Carolina, Alabama, Deleware and beyond. Up to 200 World Cat owners cross to Bimini every June to enjoy the Resorts World Bimini hotel, marina and casino along with spectacular island meals, memorable boating and diving experiences PLUS fun in the sun with fellow World Cat owners during a raft-up beach excursion.

Family owned and established in 2009, the Sara Bay and Fort Myers, Florida locations are led by Director of Operations Alex Kramer. Entering the marine industry in 2005, Alex has more than 20 years experience and has been awarded Boating Industry’s 40 Under 40 as recognition for his influence and impact. Alex and his wife Hailey along with their three children are avid boaters in the Sarasota area.

Mike Dickinson began his career in the marine industry in 2015 after service in the U.S. Army. A World Cat fan and owner, Mike is a licensed boat camptain along with his wife, Estephanie Herrera, also a licensed boat camptain, are widely respected in the marine industry. Mike heads up sales and management of the Tampa Bay location.

Jesse Langston is a native to Florida and has been an avid boater throughout his life. Determined to help customers find the perfect World Cat for their boating needs, Jesse enjoys boating with family and friends in the beautiful waters of the Gulf Coast.

Alex Kramer

Director of Operations

Alex joined the highly successful team at Sara Bay Marine Group with the goal of elevating the customer experience across all aspects of the operation, including sales, service, parts, storage, and yacht brokerage divisions. With a career in the boating industry that began in 2005, Alex has gained extensive experience in nearly every role the industry has to offer—from dockhand and crew member on a private yacht, to business office manager, yacht broker, and national sales project manager for two of the largest companies in the business.

His passion for the water goes beyond his professional career and extends into his personal life. Alex resides in Sarasota with his wife Hailey and their three children, where boating is a regular part of their weekends. In recognition of his exceptional leadership, Alex was recently named one of Boating Industry’s prestigious 40 Under 40, an award that honors rising stars from all segments of the recreational boating industry.

For the past five years, Alex has served as Sara Bay Marine Group’s Director of Operations, where he continues to lead with dedication and vision.

Jesse Langston

Jesse Langston is a native Floridian growing up around the water near Jacksonville and St. Augustine then later moving to the Tampa Bay and Sarasota area in 1992. This is where he fell in love with boating and the beautiful waters of the Gulf Coast.

His career spans over two decades representing a great diversity of different boats and clients. He is currently a licensed Yacht broker also selling new and used boats for Sara Bay Marine Group for over 8 years. He possesses a personal philosophy of integrity and the true desire to help others acquire the same dream of being on the water that he has experienced.

He currently is building a new home in Myakka City and enjoys motorcycles, cars, ice hockey, traveling and spending time with his friends and family.

Mike Dickinson began his career selling boats in 2015 after serving on Active Duty with the U.S. Army and joined the Sara Bay team at the beginning of 2021. He ranked as a Major in the Army and enjoys using his leadership skills to guide customers in finding their next boat. He is a USCG Licensed Captain and Licensed Broker as well as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB), which is a higher-level certification within the boating industry.

Mike stands by his values of honesty and integrity no matter what boat you are looking for and genuinely relies on your trust in him to provide that service. He loves talking about boats and can help guide you in the right direction, even if he doesn’t offer the boat you want. Most importantly, Mike is a boat owner himself, having owned a Boston Whaler, Key West, and World Cat. In his spare time, you can find him golfing, offshore fishing or boating with his wife Estephanie and their two dachshunds Hazelnut and Coconut! As a fellow boater, he can provide firsthand experience on how to enjoy the boating lifestyle.

Josh Olsen

Josh Olsen is a seasoned yacht broker and captain with over a decade of experience in the boating industry. A graduate of Elon University with a BSBA in Entrepreneurship (2012), Josh holds a USCG Master’s License and is a Certified Professional Yacht Broker.

Since beginning his career in 2013, he has worked with some of the nation’s top dealerships and brokerages, including Galati Yacht Sales, Denison Yachting, and Off The Hook Yacht Sales. His expertise spans a wide range of vessels, having successfully sold boats from 19 to 130 feet, valued between $20,000 and $9.8 million.

Currently, Josh serves as a broker and captain at Sara Bay Marina, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with knowledge and integrity. He resides in the Sarasota area with his wife and two daughters and enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.

Molly Gould

Molly grew up in Essex, CT, a small boating community where she spent her summers working at Dauntless Marina as a launch operator and fuel dock attendant. Her love for the water and the boating industry developed at an early age, and it was clear this passion would shape her future career.

After high school, Molly attended Wittenberg University while continuing to work in the industry during the summers. One summer was spent in Nantucket at the Nantucket Boat Basin, further expanding her boating knowledge. After college, Molly moved to Boston, where she spent three years at the Boston Yacht Haven, refining her skills and experience in the boating world.

In 2006, Molly relocated to Florida in search of warmer weather and continued career opportunities in the boating industry. She worked for 14 years at Galati Yacht Sales before joining the Sara Bay team. With a deep passion for boating and many years of experience, Molly has transformed her childhood love for the water into a successful and fulfilling career. She is proud to contribute to an industry she’s cherished since childhood.

Office Manager/Accounting

Amy Nichols, Office Manager at Sara Bay, brings over 22 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Originally from South Dakota, Amy and her family relocated in 2012, and she joined the Sara Bay team in 2014.

Amy is happily married to her husband, Mike, and is a proud mother and mimi. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated Minnesota Vikings fan, a fact she is very proud of and at times very frustrated over.  Her commitment, expertise, and positive energy make her an invaluable part of the team.

    Stratton Leo

    Stratton Leo

    Service Manager

    Stratton, originally from a small town in upstate NY. Joined the USCG in December of 2006. While serving, Stratton spent his time serving as a specialized deployable security team, executing search and rescue missions, enforced maritime law, migrant interdictions and waterway management. Stratton separated from the Coast Guard in 2015 where he began to pursue his passion for the private yachting industry.

    Initially, he took a job installing and servicing Sea Keeper gyro stabilizers where that emerged into private yacht management and eventually was led to Sara Bay Marine Group as a warranty service writer. Stratton’s diverse knowledge of boating expedited him to his current role of Service Manager.

    Angela Bucy

    Angela Bucy

    Service Specialist & New Boat Warranty

    Angela is a Florida native with a lifelong passion for the outdoors, having spent her adolescent years enjoying SCUBA diving, spearfishing, surfing, wakeboarding, and fishing. At 19, she relocated to the Anna Maria area and started working at a local marina in a dock position. Within six months, Angela was invited to join their service department, and since then, she has built a successful career in service and parts management, gaining valuable experience at three local dealerships and continually expanding her expertise.

    Outside of her professional life, Angela is a dedicated wife and mother. She enjoys spending her weekends hunting in the woods, air boating on the river, or spending time on the water aboard their Key West.
